About

Hi, I'm Inna - and I'm so glad you are here!

Welcome to Sprinkle of Flavor - your go-to place for easy weeknight dinners, cozy comfort food, and recipes that actually make sense on a busy Tuesday night.

I'm a foodie at heart, a home cook by passion, and someone who has called two continents home - Europe and currently North America. Through every move and every chapter, one thing never changed: food was my anchor. The recipes I was chasing, dinners I was planning, and most importantly, the gatherings around the table.

How it all started

I grew up surrounded by the kind of cooking that fills a home with warmth. My mom and grandmother were always in the kitchen - no recipe cards, no timers, just instinct, love, and the most incredible smells drifting through the house. Those memories are something I carry with me every single day, and I want my kids to grow up with similar memories. The kind you don't forget. The kind that make you call your mom for a recipe years later, even when she never wrote it down.

We started Sprinkle of Flavor because we kept asking ourselves the same question everyone does at 5pm: What's for dinner?
We wanted to build a place that takes the guesswork out of that question - with recipes that are simple enough for a weeknight but delicious enough to make you feel like your really cooked something.

And yes - Vasya, our cat, has appointed himself our official sous chef 😀. He mostly supervises from the counter and occasionally tries to steal a snack. We couldn't imagine the kitchen without him.

What you'll find here

At Sprinkle of Flavor, everything is built around one idea: cooking at home should feel doable, not overwhelming. You'll find:

  • Easy weeknight dinners made with simple, everyday ingredients
  • Comfort food recipes that bring people together
  • Holiday and seasonal favorites to make every celebration special
  • No guesswork, no overwhelm - just good food that works

Every single recipe is tested and made with love - the kind of food I'd serve to friends coming over on a Friday night, or bring to a holiday gathering. Nothing intimidating, nothing that requires 479 ingredients. Just good food that brings people together.
