Easy Italian Sliders Recipe

These easy Italian sliders are loaded with layers of ham, salami, pepperoni, and melty Swiss cheese, topped with a zesty lettuce mix and buttery garlic seasoning. Perfect for parties, game days, or a quick and delicious family meal!

Ingredients

  • 12 rolls hawaiian sliders halved lengthwise
  • cup mayo miracle whip or mustard (your choice of spread) - Used Miracle whip in this recipe
  • 6 ounces sliced ham
  • 8 ounces sliced salami
  • 6 ounces sliced pepperoni
  • 9-12 slices swiss cheese
  • cup pepperoncinis
  • 3 cups shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Topping

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Arrange the bottom halves of the Hawaiian slider rolls on a large baking pan.
  • Spread Miracle Whip (or your chosen spread) evenly across the cut sides of the rolls.
  • Layer the ham, salami, pepperoni, and swiss cheese on top of the bottom halves of the rolls.
  • Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes allowing the cheese to melt.
  • Once removed from the oven, place the shredded lettuce on top of the melted cheese. Drizzle the vinegar and oil on top of the lettuce
  • Sprinkle pepperoncinis on top.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls on top to form sandwiches.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt.
  • Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders.
  • Serve immediately!

Notes

You can use regular Hawaiian rolls if you don't have slider rolls.
