Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Lemon Jello 3 ounces
  • 1 Tub Cool Whip 16 ounces
  • 1 Can Fruit Cocktail drained (15.25 ounces)
  • 1 Tub Marshmallow Fluff 7 ounces
  • 3 Cups Fruity Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut
  • Bunny Peeps yellow or pink for garnish
  • Cadbury Mini Eggs for garnish
  • Extra Fruity Mini Marshmallows for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the Jello powder and whipped cream to a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir until fully combined.
  • Add the marshmallow fluff and sour cream to the bowl and stir well.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, except the garnishes, and fold in until fully combined.
  • Cover and place in the fridge overnight, or serve immediately, this is based on preference.
  • I prefer storing it overnight so all the ingredients have a chance to really meld together, making it fluffier.
  • To garnish, fill a medium serving bowl until heaping and place a bunny Peep directly on the top middle.
  • Push the bunny down into the fluff a little to keep it in place.
  • Surround the bunny with 4-5 Cadbury mini eggs.
  • Place a couple of fruity marshmallows in random spots around the outside of the fluff to finish off an adorable presentation.
  • Serve and Enjoy!

Notes

Do not garnish if storing, the garnishes won’t stay fresh.
If you plan to store it, store in the fridge, covered, for up to 5 days.
Do not freeze.
If you would like the fluff to be a different color for Easter, you can switch up the Jello flavor.
If your marshmallow fluff is tough and not cooperating, simply heat it for a few seconds in the microwave and it should be easier to handle.
You can use any color Peeps you like, I prefer yellow or pink for this specific color.
It’s important to drain the juice from the can of fruit cocktail or it will make the mixture soupy and runny, and it won’t be fluffy.
This will not turn out pretty.
You can replace the fruit cocktail with crushed pineapple or mandarin oranges, if desired.
Don’t forget to drain no matter what the option you choose.
You can use cottage cheese in place of the sour cream, if desired.
