Ingredients
40Oreo cookies
8ozcream cheese
20ozGHIRARDELLI White Vanilla Flavored Melting Wafersbag and a half
4drops green food coloringneon or bright green works
20red candy heart sprinklesgot mine at michaels
Instructions
Place Oreo cookies into a food processor. Blend well till fine crumbs.
Add in cream cheese and blend well until it looks like mud.
Using a one tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop up balls and roll them in your hand. Place on tray to put into the freeze. Repeat until all the dough is used. Place in the freeze for two hours.
Melt Ghirardelli chocolate as directed on the bag. Use fifteen ounces of chocolate mixed with four drops green dye mixed together to dip the Oreo balls into. Dip them with a skewer and place on parchment paper to dry.
Place the remaining white chocolates into a piping bag and heat in the microwave on defrost mode for 1 minutes and then repeat every 30 seconds until melted.
Drizzle Oreo balls with white chocolate and place a red heart candy onto the balls.
