Place the almonds, parsley, olive oil and lemon juice in the blender. Add a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. If the parsley does not chop well, you can add 2-3 tbsp. of water.
In a saucepan, boil 5 cups of water, add salt. Boil the vermicelli according to the time specified on the package. Discard the vermicelli in a colander. Set aside 1/3 of the vermicelli. Mix the rest of the vermicelli with the green sauce. Divide the reserved vermicelli into large and small (3-4 tbsp.) portions. Mix the larger portion with the marinara sauce.
Place the green vermicelli on a serving platter. Shape into the Grinch's face. Add eyes, nose - almonds, mouth - bell peppers and dill eyebrows. Place the red hat, white fur and pom-pom.
