Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Chicken Thighs Cooked Chopped
  • 15 oz Bag Stir Fry Veggies
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 4 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 2 Packages Ramen Noodles
  • 2 Packets Ramen Seasoning
  • 1 Egg per person
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add Soy sauce, chicken stock, garlic, brown sugar, salt, pepper & ramen seasoning into the instant pot.
  • Add the chicken, noodles & veggies.
  • Stir, close the lid and point the valve to Sealed.
  • Select Manual (or Pressure Cook) and cook on High Pressure for 8 mins.
  • Quick release.
  • Serve with an egg.
