Ingredients
8Savoyards ladyfingers cookies
6ouncesof mascarpone
1/2cupheavy cream
1tbsp.powdered sugar
1cupcoffee
2chocolate candies
some colored chocolate shards
2pink marshmallows
1large marshmallow
4chocolate chips
a little honey
Instructions
Start by decorating the glasses. Glue the eyes and nose onto the honey. Draw faces and whiskers with a marker. Add pupil chips.
Prepare the cream. In a bowl, whisk the cooled cream to soft peaks. In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone, powdered sugar. Gently add whipped cream to mascarpone, mixing until smooth with mixer on low speed.
Quickly dip the Savoyards cookie halves in the cooled coffee (do not over-soak to prevent soaking). Place a layer of soaked cookies in the bottom of two glasses.
Cover with a layer of cream, then repeat with another layer of cookies and cream again.
Sprinkle the dessert with grated chocolate candy and add a cap of cream. Sprinkle with shards and insert cookies in place of ears.
Let the dessert stand in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
