Tiramisu Easter Bunny

A glass filled with dessert, decorated to resemble an Easter Bunny tiramisu with cookies as ears, marshmallow eyes, and a heart-shaped nose. Two spoons and small candy flowers are nearby.
Spring has sprung, flowers are blooming, and Easter is hopping closer! If you're craving something adorably sweet, elegant yet playful, then meet your new favorite dessert: Tiramisu Easter Bunny.

Ingredients

  • 8 Savoyards ladyfingers cookies
  • 6 ounces of mascarpone
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 2 chocolate candies
  • some colored chocolate shards
  • 2 pink marshmallows
  • 1 large marshmallow
  • 4 chocolate chips
  • a little honey

Instructions

  • Start by decorating the glasses. Glue the eyes and nose onto the honey. Draw faces and whiskers with a marker. Add pupil chips.
  • Prepare the cream. In a bowl, whisk the cooled cream to soft peaks. In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone, powdered sugar. Gently add whipped cream to mascarpone, mixing until smooth with mixer on low speed.
  • Quickly dip the Savoyards cookie halves in the cooled coffee (do not over-soak to prevent soaking). Place a layer of soaked cookies in the bottom of two glasses.
  • Cover with a layer of cream, then repeat with another layer of cookies and cream again.
  • Sprinkle the dessert with grated chocolate candy and add a cap of cream. Sprinkle with shards and insert cookies in place of ears.
  • Let the dessert stand in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
