Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

  • Medium Sized Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

For the Skewers

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  • Soak the skewers in water for 30 mins (to prevent burning).
  • Cut up chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add chicken to skewers after they have soaked.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes (if using cast iron grill spray with non stick first) Turn occasionally so all sides are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
  • Make the Bang Bang Sauce
  • Mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, hot sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Whisk until well combined.
  • Pour sauce over the cooked chicken and enjoy!
