Ingredients
For the Skewers
2poundsbonelessskinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
2teaspoonsalt
2teaspoonblack pepper
For the Bang Bang Sauce
½cupmayonnaise
¼cupsweet chili sauce
2tablespoonshoney
1tablespoonrice vinegar
2teaspoonshot sauce
1teaspoonsesame oil
Instructions
Soak the skewers in water for 30 mins (to prevent burning).
Cut up chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
Add chicken to skewers after they have soaked.
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes (if using cast iron grill spray with non stick first) Turn occasionally so all sides are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce
