Christmas-Themed Red Velvet Cake Balls

Ingredients
- 1 Red velvet cake mix
- Add water, oil, eggs as directed on box
- Bake as directed
CREAM CHEESE ICING
- 4 oz. Cream cheese soften
- ½ stick butter soften
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix all ingredients together with a hand mixer.
Instructions
- After the cake has cooled you crumble it up into the cream cheese icing and mix.
- Then roll into ½ inch balls and set on wax paper.
- Then take candy melts and melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals until candy is melted.
- Then dip balls into candy coating and put on wax paper to dry.
- Serve on a pretty platter.
