1Red velvet cake mix
Add water, oil, eggs as directed on box
Bake as directed
CREAM CHEESE ICING
4oz.Cream cheesesoften
½stick buttersoften
1cuppowdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla
Mix all ingredients together with a hand mixer.
Instructions
After the cake has cooled you crumble it up into the cream cheese icing and mix.
Then roll into ½ inch balls and set on wax paper.
Then take candy melts and melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals until candy is melted.
Then dip balls into candy coating and put on wax paper to dry.
