Instructions
Place a piece of Saran Wrap on your cutting board or counter.
Open at least three packs of Boursin cheese.
Place all three packs of Boursin cheese on top of the saran wrap.
Roll your cheese completely with the Saran Wrap. Form the cheese into a tree size shape.
Take your Boursin cheese out of the Saran Wrap and place on your charcuterie board or platter.
Start at the bottom and place pitted green olives and black pitted olives around the tree.
I like to alternate my colors to make it more festive.
Continue to place the olives around the tree.
Cut small pieces of rosemary.
Place small pieces of rosemary in the open spaces between the olives around the tree. Use as much as you'd like.
Place your star cookie cutter on at least a one inch slice of white cheese.
Press down the cookie cutter on the cheese to make a star shaped slice of cheese.
Pull away the excess cheese.
Place the star cheese on top of your cheese and olive Christmas tree.
You can either place it directly on the top or use a toothpick to hold it into place.
Place Cheese and Olive Christmas Tree on Platter.
Place sliced bread or crackers around your platter.
Serve and enjoy!
