Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 sweet gherkins pickles
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons dill
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • pretzels for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together chopped gherkins pickles, cream cheese, and dill. Mix well.
  • Place onto plastic wrap then roll into a ball. Once in a ball shape unwrap and set ball aside.
  • On the plastic wrap, drizzle the parsley then roll the ball into the parsley covering all sides.
  • Cut bell pepper and using a small heart cookie cutter cut out a piece. Place into the front of the cheese ball.
  • Wrap ball and keep in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with pretzels or crackers.
