Grinch Cheese Ball
Looking to add a dash of humor and a whole lot of yum to your holiday table? Meet the Grinch Cheese Ball, the star of the appetizer spread that’s as charming as it is delicious.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 sweet gherkins pickles
- 2 ½ tablespoons dill
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 1 red bell pepper
- pretzels for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together chopped gherkins pickles, cream cheese, and dill. Mix well.
- Place onto plastic wrap then roll into a ball. Once in a ball shape unwrap and set ball aside.
- On the plastic wrap, drizzle the parsley then roll the ball into the parsley covering all sides.
- Cut bell pepper and using a small heart cookie cutter cut out a piece. Place into the front of the cheese ball.
- Wrap ball and keep in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with pretzels or crackers.
