Ingredients

  • 72 butter snaps pretzels
  • 14 sea salt soft caramels
  • 10 oz bag Ghirardelli White Vanilla Flavored Melting Wafers
  • 36 red heart candy sprinkles
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 4 drops green food gel neon green or bright green

Instructions

  • Lay out pretzel snaps on to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place 1/3 of each salted caramel onto every other pretzel as if to make pairs. One pretzel with caramel and one without. Press blank pretzel onto one salted caramel one. Repeat until all pretzels are little sandwiches.
  • Melt white chocolate as directed on the bag. Place in coconut oil and four drops green food gel then mix well.
  • Dip pretzels into the green chocolate mixture. Place the pretzels back onto the parchment lined baking sheet. Quickly add a red heart to each before the chocolate dries. I do these in batches.
  • Serve in a bowl for a fun Grinch snack.
