Homemade Chipotle Mayo

Are you a sauce fanatic who can't get enough of that smoky, spicy kick? Look no further than homemade chipotle mayo! There's something profoundly satisfying about creating your condiments. It’s not just about mixing ingredients; it’s about tweaking them to perfection, about making something that is uniquely yours.

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Real Mayo
  • 2 Teaspoons Adobo Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix until combined.
  • Store in the fridge, in an airtight container, for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • For the adobo sauce, I simply scoop the sauce out of the can with a spoon. You can also blend some of the adobo peppers with the sauce until smooth or close to it, and use that as well.
  • You can use miracle whip if desired, but it will taste sweeter and a little different in general.
  • You can use lemon juice in place of the lime juice, if desired.
  • You can add more salt to suit your preferences.
  • I do not suggest freezing this as the texture seems to change.
