Mardi Gras Hurricane Cocktail
Originally from New Orleans, this Hurricane Cocktail is made of rum, lemon juice, and passion fruit. This sweet rum-infused drink is usually served in a tall lamp-shaped hurricane glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. light rum
- 2 oz. dark rum
- 2 oz. passion fruit juice
- 1 oz. orange juice
- ½ oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grenadine
- 1 orange slice
- 1 maraschino cherry
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice.
