American Flag Fruit Pizza
A festive and fun patriotic dessert, this American Flag Fruit Pizza features a sugar cookie crust topped with fluffy Cool Whip, fresh strawberries and blueberries, and mini marshmallows arranged to look like the American flag. Perfect for Fourth of July, Labor Day, or any summer celebration!

Ingredients

  • 16.5 oz package Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 1 8 ounce container Cool Whip
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 10 strawberries sliced
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of an 8x8 round baking dish to form the crust.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let the crust cool for at least 30 minutes.
  • Once the crust is completely cool, spread Cool Whip evenly over the top as the “frosting.”
  • In the top left corner, create the “stars” section of the flag by arranging the blueberries in a square or rectangular shape.
  • Slice the strawberries and arrange them in horizontal stripes across the remaining area of the pizza to represent the red stripes.
  • Fill in the white stripes between the strawberry rows with mini marshmallows.
  • Chill the completed fruit pizza in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Slice into 8 wedges and enjoy this festive, patriotic dessert!
