stone-ground mustard

Instructions
Melt butter with cornstarch in a skillet over medium-high heat until it turns
golden brown.
Slowly add beef broth and heavy cream.
Mix in Worcestershire, mustard, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
Simmer on medium-low until sauce thickens.
