of strong coffee

cup
of half n half
⅓
cup
of honey

Tablespoons
of coconut extract
6
teaspoons
of sugar - or substitute if desired
Whipped cream - to top
Toasted coconut - to top
Instructions
Place the coffee in a heavy saucepan, and over low heat, add the half n half, honey, coconut extract, and sugar.
Stir all ingredients together, and heat through.
Pour the Latte into coffee mugs and top with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
Serve, and Enjoy!
Notes
Brew your coffee strong. You really want the coffee flavor to shine through too.
Cook the coffee and honey mixture on low heat. Warm it, but make sure it doesn't burn.
Use a heavy bottomed saucepan for best results.
