With a pastry brush, or the back of a spoon, add a generous amount of the Vanilla Frosting to the rim of each glass, and about an inch down onto the glass.
Pour Fruity Pebble into a bowl, at least 2 or three inches of the cereal in the bowl, and dip the glass into the Cereal, moving it in the cereal to stick the Pebbles to the glass. (You may have to use your fingers and press the cereal onto the frosting to make sure it sticks to the glass).
Place the Glasses in the refrigerator to help set frosting to glass.
In a Blender, add Ice, Vodka, Curacao, Ginger Ale, and Raspberry White Claw, and blend until smooth.
Add the Condensed Milk, and 2 Tablespoons of Fruity Pebbles, and blend again until smooth and creamy.
Remove glasses from refrigerator, and fill with the drink mixture.
Serve, and Enjoy!
Notes
Avoid over-blending the mixture, especially after you've added in the condensed milk.
Prep the glasses ahead of time. Give at least 5 minutes for the cereal to stick to the rim of the glass.
Serve immediately after you make- you don't want the ice to melt!
