Whipped Kool-Aid is a sweet, creamy dessert you’ll love making and eating. It has the same great taste as regular Kool-Aid but is lighter and fluffier.
2Packages of KOOL AID - Blue Raspberry Lemonadeor Mixed Berry Blue - your preference
⅓cupof Sugar
½cupof Heavy Whipping Cream
Instructions
Prepare one package of the KOOL AID, according to package directions, in a large pitcher, and place in the refrigerator.
In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, add the Whipping Cream, 1 package of the KOOL AID, and Sugar, and mix until the cream whips, and stiff peaks form.
Fill Four Glasses halfway full with the KOOL AID drink from the Pitcher, and add Ice until the glass is about ⅔ full.
Top the Glasses with the KOOL AID Whipped Cream, add a colorful Straw, serve, and Enjoy!
Notes
Chill the prepared Kool-Aid in the refrigerator until you're ready to top and serve.
Whip the cream until you get stiff peaks. If you're not getting stiff peaks, pop the bowl in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and whip again.
Try using different base flavors of Kool-Aid and interesting toppings.
